lifeAID®

Multi-Dose Pneumatic Auto Injector.

Synopsis

Most auto-injectors deliver only one dose, but real emergencies often demand more. Overdoses, anaphylaxis, and battlefield trauma can all require repeated injections. LifeAID is the first pneumatic auto-injector with three rechargeable cartridges, delivering rapid, customizable multi-dose care when survival depends on it.

Challenge

Many emergencies require repeat dosing, with studies showing up to 36% of anaphylaxis cases and nearly 80% of overdoses needing multiple injections, but single-use auto-injectors make this difficult

Seamless Sequential Delivery

Instant Response

First dose fires immediately for rapid action.

Cartridge Reload

After each injection, replace the used needle cap. Then turn the Rotary Grip clockwise until it clicks and locks. The tactile and audible feedback confirms the next cartridge is ready.

Fast Priming

After three doses, the actuator resets upward. Pump three times until it locks, then rotate to unlock and LifeAID is ready again.

LifeAID’s triple-cylinder system delivers uninterrupted, back-to-back doses, eliminating delays when every second matters.

Built for first responders, military medics, and public emergencies — portable or wall-mounted like an AED.

Impact

By enabling sequential dosing in one device, LifeAID streamlines care and strengthens readiness for large-scale crises

User Interview

  • Military Doctor – Augir (5 years)

I’ve treated patients who needed more than one injection, but I only had a limited number of single-use auto-injectors. A multi-chamber injector would let me respond quickly without digging for spares.

  • Medic – Pacheco (6 years)

"I’ve treated patients who needed more than one injection, but I only had a limited number of single-use auto-injectors. A multi-chamber injector would let me respond quickly without digging for spares."

  • Squad Leader – Contreras

Squad Leader – Contreras (6 years)

"As a leader, I need to know my team has enough medical coverage. If more than one soldier needs treatment, single-use injectors run out fast. A multi-dose device could buy us time until medics arrive."

  • Infantryman – Long (6 years)

"On missions, I already carry too much gear. Packing several different injectors for different scenarios is inefficient. A single device with multiple cartridges would cut weight and give me peace of mind."
