Verge

Verge is a radically compact EDC card wallet for minimalists, executed as a precision CNC milled solid object. Instead of enclosing the full stack, it secures a full set by clamping only a portion of the cards, keeping them visible and celebrated rather than hidden. I engineered the compact clamping mechanism as part of the structure, removing add on retention features and visual noise. The design was iterated through CAD and hands on prototyping, refining interface geometry and tolerances to prevent binding and maintain a crisp, solid feel.
